I got the fire place is nice, however has a scratch on the front on the cover of the switch a couple of Nick and the remote is not workingThere is a missing piece of plastic from the top that I'm pretty sure that's why it doesn't work.. also I am not impressed with the delivery of this article that I realized they have a disclaimer, but I am a 56 year old disabled women with a heart and a lot of back pain
