We were extremely pleased with prompt delivery and very impressed with the ease of installation essentially out of the box. the installation instructions were clearly described and allowed for the installation of drywall with or without wall studs. some of the mounting holes on our fireplace does not line up with the studs, but we just used lugs and made in minutes!
